We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. It was spacious enough for our use (one king-size bed). We did not have a view from our window, but we spent very little time at the hotel. The beach was within close enough walking distance. There was a food truck near the hotel, and it sold delicious food! We rented a car from the airport, and we were very glad we did. It gave us the freedom to go wherever whenever. We drove all the way around the west side of the island and partway around the east side.
Disappointments: I thought a free continental breakfast was included in our stay, but we found out that you have to pay for breakfast. Also, the concierge was helpful. However, we signed up for the Ulalana and thought the $55 meal per person (part of the package) was included in the up front cost that we paid... only to find out later at the restaurant that it had not been included and we had to pay it there. That was a shock! That meal was good but not worth $55 per person. Additionally, it would be nice if the hotel reduced the $25 daily amenities fee. I was pregnant, so I couldn't use the bikes and wasn't inclined to use the workout room either. We didn't even need to use the wi-fi service that was part of the amenities since we have data on our phones.
