"Ok hotel is convenient location."
Nice appearing hotel. Rooms look clean and organized. Modern appearing look. Newer hotel. Does not have free coffee. Charges daily car parking fee. Happy hour with only $1.00 off select beverages. No happy hour appetizers. Surprised to find a large cockroach crawling across floor.

"Most comfortable bed, and right on the beach "
I had a better night's sleep than at home. It was quiet, right by the beach and close to quaint little shops.

"Beautiful pools,"
Upon arrival we were greated with smiles and were ready to help. The views were amazing. The InfinityPool was like nothing we ever saw. Everything was spotless. The grounds were meticulous. It was easy to go right to the beach. Best of all was the Luau. Graceful dancing and story telling and musicians took Ones breath away.

"Clean and comfortable"
We loved the Maui Coast and would definitely come back. It's a great place for families if you're NOT looking for a big, flashy resort. Our room was surprisingly big (Junior Suite?) and was clean and modern. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and upbeat. The hotel is right in the middle of Kihei, but is set back from the street so it's quiet. It is a great launching spot for Southern Maui adventures.

"Nice updates but no view"
The room(208) was spotless. The resort really takes pride in their facility. Recent updates to kitchen and bath were top notch. The bed was very comfortable. The furniture was dated but acceptable. My only negative was the view. We knew going into it we weren't getting an ocean view, but a lower level pool view may have been a better choice.

"One of the best in Wailea!"
Room type: Studio, 2 Queen Beds Time of stay: 6 nights Pros: Room feels like "home". Typical items are there (bathroom and bedroom). What makes it feel a bit like "home" is the refrigerator w/freezer (at least 12 cu ft total). Dual burner stove stop. Dishwasher / sink. Plates/bowls/utensils. For the $$$ it's spacious. You walk in to the kitchen and there's a table that can sit up to 4 people. Then there is a living space with an L-shaped couch where you can sit and watch TV or look out the sliding glass door onto your balcony appointed with two lounge chairs and a table in the middle. In the bedroom section there's a desk to setup a laptop (or you could do this on the kitchen table). There is a small stretch before the bathroom with dresser drawers / wall mirror and an open closet w/safe. The bath room is spacious. Nicely appointed sink and toilet. The shower area is long (~6ft). The handle to turn the water on is near the entrance to the shower (west side). The shower head is on the opposite end (east side). Perfect so you can turn the water on without being underneath the shower head. Shuttle will drive you anywhere within 3 miles (Wailea shopping center (Gucci, LV etc..)), Surf Shack etc. Cons: 1) Flooring. Probably a 5 on a 10 scale. Could hear the people above me from time to time. I noticed my steps probably made some noise for the people below me. 2) Placed the "do not enter" sign outside our door. Staff still comes in.

"Great Beach"
The hotel is very large (800 + rooms), however there is only three restaurants, which can not accommodate all of the guests. One high end restaurant which was excellent HumaHuma, then there is a restaurant in the pool area and a small cafe. Reservations are very limited and most of the time you need to go off the resort to dine.

"The Westin Maui"
The hotel was clean and modern. The lobby and shops were gorgeous. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only complaint I have is that we were put in a room with no view. We were facing the ocean but there was a big hill with trees and you could not see anything.
