I was expecting more from the property. There were issues with the bathroom in the room, sink was clogged, water damage on door. The lounge is closed on Sundays and Mondays which I find odd. No where to eat other than a grab and go shop in the lobby that is closed at night. Had to order pizza delivery from down the street for a dinner one night because there's no room service. Only one elevator working on the north side and it only fits 6 people without luggage. I expected more for the price. Will look for other options in the future.

The operaror says there is valet parking; this was reassuring on the cold day - when we arrived we were disappointed to learn there was only self-park! The lobby and room were larger than expected. Hotel staff were cordial. Bathrooms were usable but were dirty with mildew/mold, toothpaste splatter from old guests - and dirt around the bathtub seals (had to clean in order to give child a bath). They can and should do better.

Very kind staff, but the rooms are in rough shape.
The staff were great and hospitable. The hotel is in a great location too, which was helpful for my meetings. The hotel experience was rough though. The elevators were incredibly inconvenient. Almost all of the regular elevators do not work. Instead, you have to go through the back of house area to the hotel service elevators. It felt quite awkward every time. Be prepared to wait 10 - 15 minutes for an elevator (even the service elevators) if you are on a higher floor. The rooms were dirty (crumbs from previous guests), and other items seemed forgotten (no soap in the bathroom, no ironing board which was needed). All that to say, this is one of the more underwhelming hotels that I have stayed at in NYC. Again - really nice staff and great location...but the hotel rooms need some love.
