Room was clean, but surrounding area was a bit sketchy. No hand towels and bars of soap were too small, so I got extras.

Woodbridge Suites

Pros: The room was clean
Cons: See above
Location: Near Phoenix, lots of restaurants, shopping and movies
No signage out by the road, drove around the block twice trying to find the entrance. Noisy, we were on the top floor and could hear yelling from the parking lot. We also could hear the doors slamming down the hall. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. The front desk clerk was doing house keeping chores, making beds, etc.

Shocked that Travelocity would recommend!!

Pros: Nothing. I would never stay there again.
Cons: The whole hotel quality, service, needs a deep clean.
Location: The highway was right off the hotel entrance, so I was nice to be able to leave quickly. It seemed to be in a low poverty area.
I booked and paid for two non-smoking rooms for my family and friends to stay in while visiting another state, through Travelocity. We drove hours to get to our destination, looking forward to getting some rest in our hotel room. To our surprise, we would not feel the least bit comfortable. *I booked and pre-paid for 2 non-smoking rooms, was told they only have smoking, which the whole 3rd floor reeked of fresh cigarette smoke (mind you I was traveling with my 6 year old). *Remote did not work, and front desk was frustrated that they had to come up to fix. Was provided with only 2 bath towels, when we have a family of 3. When requested more towels, was told I would get some if they had any, they seemed to not have any since we never got more. *Bed mattress was a single mattress on a spring frame, no box spring bed. *Bad neighborhood, people seemed to be living in the hotel. *We left for our event at 6AM, in the hotel hallway there was vomit and the whole floor smelled disgusting (the front desk was closed at this time), when we returned from our even at 5PM noticed that no one cared to report the vomit was there to get cleaned, we called the front desk at that time and they asked us to check if it was still there, and if so they would have someone come up to clean it... it was still there and we had someone come up. *It was very disappointing that we traveled during a holiday weekend and so far from home that we were unable to find another hotel last minute to switch to.
