Firstly, the queen size beds i requested were full sized. The toilet malfunctioned, it would overflow after each flush. We requested a room change and were denied, even though we had 3 children. The sheet on the bed seems to be window curtains because they had the sleeve on top for the curtain rod. There were no towel in the room, we called for towels and was told they were being washed. We had to wait. Overall the service was poor. Breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Hotel tried to charge more than Travelocity agreement. Room was gross and sheets had stains all over them.

Also we have got to know that, in the morning when our front desk employee helped you order an Uber you left without paying our employee for the ride. Our 2 day stay at the hotel was very good. Of course there is always something that could be better, but for the price, this was great. Clean , very friendly staff, everything in the room worked as it should. We didn't try the breakfast, but it smelled great. We would surely stay here again.

For the price this hotel was excellent. Check-in was rough. We have a Debit Mastercard. The machine would not allow it to be used as a credit card which was very unusual. We had to go to an ATM across the way and pull out cash. There is an extra $50 deposit when using cash. That was frustrating. Other than that the room was clean. I saw no evidence of bugs at all. The comp breakfast was decent.
