Staff lost our luggage after check in for 3 hours when it was supposed to be sent to the room withiin 30 minutes. Room very noisy from outside traffic.

We stayed in the Manor House across the street from the main hotel. My husband thought it was inconvenient - the traffic light took forever to change so that we could cross the street. It didn't bother me. The staff was friendly and pleasant. One person heard we were going to visit Biltmore and pulled out the full brochure (the same one handed out at the property.)

Nice hotel close to the Biltmore Estate.

I stayed at the hotel recently for a leisure vacation. The hotel is directly across from the Biltmore Estate property and is within 2 miles of downtown Asheville. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff friendly, accessible and helpful. The thing I did not like about my stay is the parking is very limited. We were given the option to valet at $20 a day or park 2 blocks away in the employee parking. However, we were able to squeeze in where the valet cars were parked but it was tight quarters. Also it was not a big deal to me but it was for my wife, our room only had a shower. The only other negative was the lack of an in room refrigerator. We had an overall positive stay we would just like to see those minor things to us change. I would recommend others to stay here.

Wonderful Hotel!

From the moment we walked into the hotel, and then our suite, we were put in a wonderful mood and remained that way throughout our stay. Just a beautiful place... wonderful restaurant, cooperative staff... everything you could ask for when away from home.
