Decadente. Mal conservado!! Péssimo atendimento!!
Hotel lotado por conta do day use. Piscina estava lotada e o bar demorando 2 horas para servirem qualquer coisa. As fotos nāo mostram a realidade. Falta manutenção. Os quartos estão cheios de mofo nas paredes. Banheiro é muito sujo. Os atendentes São despreparados.

Good Service. Condition of the rooms and the gym needs update. Having three treadmills in the gym that is not working is not acceptable. Menu needs to be updated. The shower at the Presidential Suite does not work well. The other faucets has to be opened to get the hot water come out in the shower. The curtains fell when I opened it. The cabinet in the bedroom does not close. The Safe could not be used. For a room that has a kitchen, there are only two glasses. No glasses in the bathrooms. Nice pool. Otherwise beautiful property.

A única coisa válida nesse hotel é a vista dos quartos è a academia. O hotel está sem gerenciamento, toalhas com ferrugem/mofo, eletrodomésticos com ferrugem, café da manhã muito básico pelo valor pago, além de nos dois dias de estadia, não tinham copos e pratos … tivemos que ficar esperando uns 5 minutos para lavarem e nos disponibilizarem os mesmos … WI-Fi? Não sei pq listam que possuem internet no local, pois no nosso quarto não funcionava … nem sinal dava. O valor não condiz com o que é oferecido.

Local execente , mas precisa muito melhorar .
Pelo valor pago realmente o que vale é a vista do local somente. Atendimento ruim, informacows para chegar ruim.Ao chegar no local não possui nenhuma placa de identificação do hotel , ao chegar tive que sair do carro para tocar o interfone. Atendimento recepcao ruim demais , não possui atendimento nos quartos , tudo que voce pede no restaurante voce precisa ir buscar . Lugar execelente mas a pousada precisa muito melhorar .

Não fomos informados antes da reserva e também não aparece no site do hotel a enorme quantidade de degraus que o hóspede tem que subir ( e descer ) para qualquer atividade. A delicadeza e atenção dos funcionários compensa o inconveniente das escadas. O menu do restaurante é variado, os pratos são gostosos e o preço bem razoável.

O quarto era enorme e bem limpinho (ganhamos um upgrade devido o hotel estar vazio pelo tempo), o hotel é bonito, bem novinho e com colaborares simpáticos e atenciosos, porém não o qualificaria como resort. Paguei por falta de alternativa, mas não concordei com a taxa de 10% cobrada por se autodenominarem “resort”, ressaltando que nem serviço de quarto oferecem. O valor do frigobar também é exagerado, R$6,40 numa garrafa de água sem gás foi um absurdo. A impressão que tivemos é de que tudo é uma oportunidade para cobrarem essa taxa a mais, pois o mesmo aconteceu com o serviço de massagem relaxante contratado. A TV tem acesso apenas aos canais “básicos”, com exceção da rede globo que não pegava. A localização é afastada da cidade, no alto e no fim de uma rua beirando um penhasco; o que nos dificultou de pensar em algo que distraia à noite, pois no hotel mesmo não tem atrativos. Pedir lanches também é uma dificuldade pela distância, ou você se rende ao restaurante do hotel que além de não ter opções acessíveis financeiras, também só funciona até as 22h (necessitando pedir com antecedência) ou paga-se uma taxa de R$10 para entregas de um dos 2 restaurantes disponíveis pelo Ifood. O café da manhã foi bacana, com opções variadas. Eles oferecem day use que, na minha concepção, vale muito mais a pena que a hospedagem.
