I loved that the property was across the street from the Louvre. It was easy to walk to see Notre Dame. A bit longer to walk to the Arc de Triomphe but still possible. Nice shopping was just a few blocks away.

One of the best hotels in Paris!

One of the best experiences in Paris. The hotel is at great location, right across from Louvre, the Gardens, shopping and other attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Pros: Room size, amenities, and location.
Cons: Bar service was very disappointing. Several staff were working but no one came to take our order. We left without receiving any service.
Amazing location with amazing views. Perfect place to stay in an amazing city.

wonderful staff

Everyone at this hotel was gracious and accommodating to us. The concierge gave us the best recommendations and tips. We loved our room, great view of the Eiffel Tower ! The hotel has the perfect location! The best place to stay in Paris

Classic hotel in a great location

Pros: Classic 5 star French hotel in a great location for sightseeing.
Location: This hotel is located very close to the Lourve and Tulleries in the heart of Paris sightseeing.
We celebrated our anniversary at the Hotel Regina staying for five nights, and it was just wonderful. Our room had a lovely balcony and a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel location, in the heart of Paris, is fantastic for sightseeing. The hotel is a true Parisian classic with old world decor that has been modernized (i.e., with excellent free wifi). In particular, we would like to commend Pierre-Luc, the Concierge, who provided many great sightseeing and restaurant suggestions that were fabulous. If our future travel plans include Paris, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Incredible service in the heart of everything

Pros: The service, the space, the location, and the view!
Cons: While the concierge staff was very helpful, they have a set list of restaurant recommendations. Try Flottes, like they say, but then venture out!
Location: This is the best location I've stayed in in Paris! Literally across the street from the north arm of the Louvre, it's easy to find/metro.
An incredible stay -- earns its 5-star rating. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. (All speak great English, which my husband appreciated.) The room was jaw-droppingly gorgeous. 15-ft ceilings, massive king bed, lots of space! The bathroom was even roomy (rare in Paris), and everything was kept spotless with room service twice a day. Best of all: we got a Southwest facing room, over looking the Louvre, Tuilleries gardens, and a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower! We watched the Tower twinkle each night from our balcony (9pm or 8pm as sunset gets earlier). I would -- and have -- recommended this hotel to everyone I know considering Paris!

Can't wait to go back!

Pros: Everything. The old world style, cleanliness, location, outstanding service and very professional staff. It was great that everyone spoke English!
Cons: Bar/Lounge drink prices were pricey compared to establishments in immediate area. Need some entertainment as well, to draw a crowd to beautiful hotel
Location: centrally located to everything! walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame, 40 min. walk to Eiffel Tower and other surrounding great neighborhoods
Perfect hotel! Beautifully renovated rooms where they maintained the old world charm of this hotel holding so much history. The week before our arrival, I emailed the hotel requesting a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and Tuileries Gardens in full Spring bloom! They didn't disappoint us. Our room was 315 and it was beautiful with a great view and at night we enjoyed the 'twinkle' light show of the Eiffel tower every hour on the hour. So romantic. The hotel staff was so professional, concierge team was exceptional, with one restaurant recommendation of Chez Francis (thank you Adrian) - where we had dinner and enjoyed an evening view of the Eiffel Tower well lit in it's glory - so beautiful! The concierge also directed us to some local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for those nights we just wanted to stay closeby. Great recommendations! ps...utilize the concierge often. We probably should have asked them to print out our flight boarding passes before we checked out to head home. That would have saved us from waiting in long lines at the airport kiosk. The maid staff was great. Our room was well tended to with turn down service every night and they freshened up the bathroom and bed at turn down as well! Everything about this hotel was perfect. Centrally located, in the center of Paris. Wear good walking shoes when you stay here, as some of the streets have uneven pavers, due to the old age of the historic streets, so wearing high heels was challenging.
