The hotel staff were amazing. We have been to may hotels but I do not think I have seen people going out of their way to help you. We had a problem with our car and needed to check out late and then later and they were very accommodating The walk on the lake seemed super nice (granted we were there in the winter) It is a rather small town but with may restaurants and things to do. Coming from US we were very pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was
