I booked this on Expedia & if I would have walked in the door, I would have walked right out. The "front door" isn't even part of the structure. As we were walking up the steps to get to our room, we saw a NO smoking sign but the smell in the hallway told a different story. It was very clear that there WAS smoking. The room was less than inviting as the mix match colors of 3 different walls. The furniture had holes in it, the refrigerator had a very piculular smell in it. The phone on the bedside looked like it hadn't been wiped down in years. The bathroom faucet, spit water. I have stayed at many different hotels that have a 2 star rating. I didn't feel like the staff was horrible but it was obvious the few I did see were definitely the only workers running the whole building. It was very apparent that all fixing of anything broken was fixed in the least amount of cost as possible. The cost to stay there was not worth saving a few extra $.

The eggs and sausage were lukewarm and the eggs were watery. The bathroom commode water ran continently. I informed management about the water running continently too. All-in All it worked out fine for my short funeral stay! The staff was very friendly!

There were empty bottles behind the dresser on arrival and discarded items from the previous guest. We kept hearing a gurgling sound, then in the middle of the night, sewer water dripped through the vent and flooded the bathroom and seeped out into the room to soak the carpet. It was totally gross and unacceptable! We had to call the attendant because no one was at the desk or on site. They said they'd have a manager call us, but still haven't heard back. The only good thing about the property was that the hot tub was actually warm (101 degrees) and actually worked.
