When I first got in, I have to call a room service due to the bed sheet are filled with stains. It was a non smoking bedroom, but you can smell cigarette smoke in the room.

Hotel has so much potential if only it was maintained properly. Although the common areas, were generally ok to good, the rooms were unnecessarily dark and dreadfully falling apart (our group stayed in several). It was quite depressing how ownership can allow a property, situated in arguably the best location in Manila, to end up in such awful shape.

It was the first time we booked our eecutives in this hotel and as early as day 1, we had already received complaints about how bad the rooms smelled, how dirty the walls and bathrooms were, and how bad the food was.
