Nobu Hotel has excellent customer service - the staff are great! We booked 2 rooms - 1 room had a strange odor so we requested a room change which they complied right way. The staff also left some desserts for our anniversary which we really appreciated. Suggestions - the pool should be heated when its not summertime. The pool water is so cold so we didnt get to use it. - there should be a nonsmoking section in the casino. We had friends with us who were not able to play the slots because of the smoke. - theres a large mall close to the hotel - Ayala mall. The place could have be so conducive for guests to explore since its walking distance from the hotel. However theres no stoplight. The lights were yellow all the time so cars from all directions need to take turns to pass. Its dangerous for people trying to cross the wide intersection.

Loved everything, staff, amenities, room, everything. The one thing I would really like to see is a huge shift away from single use plastics around the hotel. The world is moving towards a greener path and your hotel should lead the path for other smaller hotel groups

High end hotel should be 5 star in rating and very accessible on all aspects. casino is a plus.
