I have stayed at many Homewood Suites because they are consistent and clean. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful, but it was a pretty negative experience overall. The first room smelled like smoke although it's a smoke-free property. Once I moved to the second room, I discovered a hair in the bed, the toilet had a ring around the basin, there were fingerprints on the ceiling, and a roach landed on the wall above my head. I had to be sure to keep my luggage closed and shake out everything when I got home to ensure I didn't bring home any stowaways. The fact that the remote controls were in plastic with a "sanitized" sticker did not cause me to feel very confident.

I APPRECIATE THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN, THE SUITE WAS SPACIOUS AND NICELY DECORATED. I LOVE THE FACT THAT IT HAD A SEPARATE LIVING AREA AND A FULL KITCHEN. THE POOL WAS GOOD FOR THIS GREAT WEATHER AND THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. I WISH THE BREAKFAST HAD MORE VARIETY BUT IT WAS GOOD!

Family weekend

Welcome Surprise

Pros: Beer and Wine
Cons: Add a hot tub outside
Location: Excellent location and plenty to do nearby.
My wife was very please with the hotel. That says a lot!!!!! We were in Columbus one day and I had booked this hotel. We checked in and there was Beer, Wine and a light supper. Very nice. Nice front Desk, Nice breakfast. In and out, no problems. Would stay again.
