Great location!

Pros: The location and the staff.
Cons: Double paned windows on all exterior rooms.
Location: It was directly across the street from the main shopping drag.
The location couldn't be better. It was right in the middle of the historic city center. However, the first night we were in room 111, which was right above a restaurant. We felt like we were trying to sleep at someone's birthday party! It was way too noisy and there were not double paned windows. We were moved to room 101 across the hall. This was an interior room and was very quiet. Much better. Oddly enough, this room had double windows, which were not needed. However, this was a handicapped room. When taking a shower, the water went all over the bathroom. Additionally, the beds were really hard. I demand a firm mattress. I didn't think there could be a bed too hard for me, but they were. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would like to especially mention Jose, who serves the breakfast. He was fabulous and very enjoyable when he had a spare minute to talk. He was the highlight of our stay here.
