Upon arrival we were told the room we booked in advance was no longer available. Tbis was very disappointing because my husband had picked this specific hotel because of the balcony room. We were told it was already booked & only rooms without balconys were available. After insisting on talking to a manager & expressing our disappointment the balcony room because available. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Despite the initial aggravation we had a very nice mini vacation 😊
