Awesome service

Everyone is really friendly and polite in this hotel. 5 Star customer service. I would return regardless of the price! Compliments to everyone who works there and kuddos to the managers who run a tight shift!

Pros: The concierge Tim Samples did a fantastic job
Cons: the sink in the bathroom, the sliding door to get in the bathroom
Well located, in the center of the magnificent mile.

Fantastic experience

Pros: Concierge, location, amenities
Cons: Registration staff was good. It did not stand out as part of our experience.
We have all been to Chicago before, but this trip was to celebrate 2 couples and their 21st and 15th wedding anniversaries. There was no true agenda with the exception of a celebratory dinner on Saturday. The location of the hotel, the boutique-feel and the amazing service of the Chef Concierge, TimS, made this one of the most memorable experiences we have had in our years of travel. Recommendations from TimS for our meals and guiding us through our questions was the easy part. It was the added touches that followed us for our anniversary and the treatment of us with beautiful touches throughout our stay that made an impact. The location of the hotel to allow for so much variety was key. App-assisted transportation was a breeze. The amenities of the hotel were good - bar, restaurant, coffee and wine and cheese. It was very quiet and relaxing.

Dirty brown carpet.

The carpet was dirty. I walked around the room for a few minutes and my feet became very dirty. I hated the brown carpet but it's a must if they want to be lazy and not clean the carpet. The only reason why I would recommend the hotel is because check out is at 2pm.

Hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Room and gym facilities were clean and comfortable. The added lobby snacks throughout the day were an unexpected treat.

Great boutique hotel, hopping neighbhorhood

Wonderful boutique hotel - very accommodating staff, nice room, walking distance to so many amenities. The steak restaurant, Primehouse, is top notch. My only complaint is that the street is super-busy, with sirens blaring outside the window all night (hotel is located near a hospital) and throngs of people outside the door.

Very nice hotel close to everything down town.

This hotel was great! My kids loved the loft room we got. It has this really cool second king bed with a Projector screen and bose surround sound. For some reason they don't show it in pictures on the site. The gym is great and the spa was nice too. Overall i would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location. Spacious room. Comfortable. One front desk person had a little attitude at checkout but everyone else was great.
