Nice hotel near Michigan avenue in northwestern memorial hospital. The staff is exceptional. Very high tech. Unfortunately I had a leak in my room after I finish taking a shower. I contacted the front desk and they sent up an engineer unfortunately he was not able to discover where the leak was coming from. He offered to notify the front desk to see if I could get a different room however I never heard from anyone again I was also not offered any discount upon check out. I was concerned that my belongings might get wet when I was out of the room but luckily the leak didn't reoccur.

I really liked this hotel. Very stylish and modern. Everything is new and clean. When I go to Chicago again definitely will stay here!
