Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is excellent with all the main food you like in the morning. We noticed that the hotel is walking on a green path. Plates and cups are made with paper and this is very good and not usual in all the hotels. At the start of our staying, we had a few problems with the room but the staff was able to managed very well and in the afternoon everything was perfect. I stayed in the hotel 10 days with my family from Europe. Surely, I will reserve rooms in this hotel in our next trip to Chicago. Just to improve, in my next trip I would like to find “green” cutlery at breakfast and not made of plastic. In rush ours the elevators of the hotel is always crowded with people and you have to wait a few minutes. The location is very good and safe. Excellent hotel.

This is our 2nd time we stayed at this hotel in less than 2 weeks as our daughter is currently in the NICU at Luries, which is literally right across the street! There’s also a chipotle attached to the hotel (my fav), decent free breakfast and the bed was so so comfortable. We were able to get late check out (1pm instead of 11) easily. We will absolutely be staying here again during this time our daughter is in the hospital as well as in the future.

From the minute we stepped into the lobby. Lynette went out of her way to make us feel welcome and make our entrance easier. She let the valet know that we would be parked for a few minutes while we carried our luggage in and gave us tips about the stores we wanted to see, and was there the day we left.

Very good other then few fixable issue
Very welcoming with a great host who greeted us and got us to our room , got a room with a kitchen it was lovely and up to cleanliness . Room keys would not work a few times and a female worker just walked in our room about an hour before we even had to check out but everything else was nice and I’ll be booking again .
