The staff was very helpful. I had asked for dishes, coffee cups and glasses as we had a refrigerator, there were 3 of us - received pots - there’s no stovetop- received 1 glass, 2 cups 2 different size plates and bowls. This could have been handled better… The room was very clean, pool well maintained as well as the grounds. Again the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room is very large and the property is quiet. The pool is well kept and really like that they offer outdoor seating directly outside of the room as well as a large public seating area that's covered and looks like a Tiki hut. I do wish that they had a restroom available during check-in. Helpful for people completing a long drive when they arrive at the property. The plastic barrier that hangs in the check-in area to "protect against covid" seems a bit much and made check-in feel weird. Overall, I'd recommend staying here and I would stay here again in the future.

We have stayed here before. Nice place. We will be back again. Staff is great and the house keeping is great. Only thing I miss there after the up date. Is the turtle pond. Overall a great place to stay.

Drunk noisy guests in room next door. Drunk person pounding on door woke me at 100 AM. Guests continued to make noise and play music in common area at 200 AM. I called the desk but it closes at 900 PM with no emergency number. I finally had to tell drunk people l was going to call the police. Im a frequent guest here, but there needs to be a way to contact staff in emergency

The staff was super welcoming and very friendly to both me and my dog Riley. The rates were very reasonable for its location, even with the dog, and you definitely get your money's worth. My room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again, in fact some of my friends are swithching their yearly trip here now too.
