The pool was closed and nowhere on the Travelocity site did it say it Toilets was broken the place was sold out so they couldn’t move us

First of all our room toilet was broke. Desk said maintenance left at 7, couldn't move us. The toilet wouldn't flush. Second the pool was closed. We have kids with us, that's why we booked here. The toilet issue, now that's a health issue.
