The check was a problem. There was no one at the service desk and there was no answer on the phone. I had to go to the next door hotel. They called the hotel and asked that some one show up at the check-in counter. This was Sunday aug 8 at around 4:30 pm. The gentleman who showed up at the check in desk explained that he was the only person at the hotel. On the positive side: I was concerned that I had forgotten an item and called Monday am. Someone picked up the phone and arrange to check the room for the item. It is a nice hotel across the street from the airport, comfortable and easy access.

Still we strive to provide the best services available to all our guests. We are working to increase of staffing levels and the concerns shared should no longer persist.
