The property and on site staff were fine. Unfortunately, I had requested a pick up at the airport in an area and country I am totally unfamiliar with. Nobody was there when we arrived.

A really clean, comfortable room with amenities. Exceptional staff and facilities. Probably the best place to stay in all of Lusaka. Very affordable.
