The property was clean- the food was overpriced even for Hawaii and terrible quality frozen waffle premade in coffee shop with soggy fruit 20$ We arrived at 3 checked in finally at 6pm

I specifically paid for a room with a view of the ocean and I got a room with a view of bushes and a sidewalk.

Just Okay

Pros: Location, supplied appeared clean. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Service, clean rooms more often, more people to check guests in. we waited in line for an hour after 11 hours on a plane.
Location: No beach access.
We stayed for 8 nights and were only offered housekeeping one time which happened to be after we had returned (late afternoon) from an intense hike and wanted to hike so we declined. We had to use the towels provided for the entire trip. We actually had to exchange them with a cleaning gal in the hallway once early on because we didn't realize they didn't clean. We never accessed the pools or hot tubs because we would rather be on the beach but they looked nice. The room was okay comfort wise except that the air conditioning would only go down to 68 and it was very humid so it was difficult to sleep. We hung up wet suits and they didn't dry for 3 days. At home (Iowa) they dry in a few hours. It was really quite expensive and the on site restaurant was super expensive with few options. The pool bar was only open until 6 so we didn't even get to go to it. We didn't have any negative experience (bugs, intruders, etc.) but the service definitely could have been better.

Beautiful resort big clean rooms. Gorgeous grounds

Beautiful resort with great amenities. Perfect location an hour from the airport. No overdeveloped a sense of opulence upon arrival.

Too isolated, boring

This place is located almost one hour from the airport. It resembles a planned and boring retirement community. Dullsville. Im glad I only stayed 2 nights..

We loved everything!

Pros: The property is beautiful, the restaurants, pools, and staff are all top notch!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Definitely a beautiful place
Our stay at the Westin Princeville, Kauai was amazing! It was everything we expect an more!

Beautiful views of the north shore

One of the best hotels on the north shore of Kauai! Beautiful grounds, a few pools and amazing views all throughout!! Great food and the employees are very helpful!
