The place was disgusting! The sheets on the bed were not even changed! There was hair, makeup and gunk on the pillows and sheets! The room had not even been cleaned. Windows were filthy, curtain over the patio door looked like it had been slashed, the AC didn’t even work! I felt unsafe and checked out yesterday morning and had to find another hotel! Horrible place and I demand my money back

The location is great if you wish to be in a central location, however, US 11/129 runs beside the hotel so all we heard all night were loud trucks and cars!!! We were thankful for the nice hot shower in the morning! Breakfast was non-existent. Juice was in a jug not a dispenser! Will choose another hotel for our next trip! JP was friendly at the desk! I appreciated his warm welcome!

I'm in your Gainesville GA location and I want yo tell you how disappointed I am. The bath tub/jacuzzi filled the tub with rust when turned on. Pulled the night stand out to plug up my phone and there was a half eatin sucker. Went to the front desk for an extra pillow and was told I couldn't have one because the house keeping people leave at 8 pm. Asked for an extra towel and was told I would have to return one to get one. This is the most crack head place I have ever stayed that Wyndham has and I travel a whole lot. The patio door won't even open and I paid extra for a 1st floor patio room. This is so disappointing and I'm absolutely disappointed in this place, I am staying the night because I went out drinking and wanted to stay in town for the night out with my wife. Needless to say I'm having to figure out something else because she will not stay now. Thanks so much for ruining my birthday evening with my wife. I will deffinatly be leaving a detailed review of my experience.

The hotel offers breakfast but you dont get breakfast. The AC unit in my room did not work but management did not apologize nor offered a discount. So I paid over $100 for a room with no AC. Travelosity should not be offering these run down hotels on their website.

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in our room. The carpet was dirty- - it had not been vacuumed. There were food stains on the headboard and smears on the pictures. While linen looked clean they were not crisp, Overall appearance of the Ramada was run down. Lamp was not plugged in- there was no outlet within reach.
