Nice place with nice people but the elevator was out of service and the phone in the room didn’t work. We had had to walk up/down 3 flights of stairs to request service. My husband has trouble with his knee which put a lot of stress and pain on his knee.

Nice property, nice big room, felt safe coming back from the hospital late at night. They were flexible about extending my stay although there was a lack of communication between staff regarding that, which resulted in housekeeping entering my room even though the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. It’s a little noisy at night and early morning due to traffic from the loop.

Wifi is down and the AC doesnt work that great but the property is nice with updated rooms, nice lounge areas and staff is super friendly.
