Loved everything except bed linens
The house was amazing and the hot tub was clean and worked well. The neighborhood was great with so many things to do in walking distance or a short ride. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Check-in was super easy and parking was awesome. The only thing was the cleanliness of the beds and floors. The comforters on the beds haven’t been washed in a long time. Each room smelled of sweat and too much axe cologne. I pulled up a sheet and was astonished to find there were not waterproof mattress pads. With this house being a party house, I was surprised. There was clearly a vomit spot and possibly some urine. I also found a dried booger on one bed spread! My toddler also found a nicotine vape juice under the couch along with some dried food. Floors we’re pretty clean otherwise. Could use a quick mop. I believe cleaning of floors and bedding was the only issue. I’d stay here again if beds were cleaner. Everything else was amazing.

Terrible management
Had a three night reservation. The listing is nothing like the photos, the backyard is decent but the house is extremely old, bed sheets and pillow covers stained. On our second night the power went out of the heater and the entire second floor. We contacted the property manager, followed all his steps to fix it which didn't work, yet he never show up nor did he send anyone to fix it. Had to check out a day early due to extreme cold inside the house, however the property manager refused to reimburse us for the day we didn't stay! Terrible experience

Just a few things that need addressing and then it would be a great property. The property could use some minor maintenance. Door handles falling off, light sockets not completely covering the opening. Rear door and rear gate doors need some work. We will conside for the future.

Sadly disappointed
We arrived at the property after 6pm and had to message property manager for instructions to access the house. We did receive an email within five minutes with keypad instructions. After this initial communication subsequent communications with property manager went unanswered for 10+ hours. Our biggest disappointment was in regards to the linens provided. We were only able to find 2 hand towels and 5 washcloths for 8 guests. Additionally only one bed had a top sheet, all other beds had only a fitted sheet and either a blanket or comforter which made us question the cleanliness of these items. We highly doubt these top covers are washed between guests, especially not in the stackable washer/dryer at the house as it took multiple drying cycles to dry the hottub towels between uses. One other issue we were the unfortunate victims of was a dying smoke detector battery. It chirped a little bit our first morning and then stopped but of course the battery decided to completely die at midnight on our second night and then chirped continuously. We contacted the property manager regarding replacing the battery on our first day but again did not receive an adequate response in a timely fashion and so we went out and bought replacement batteries and installed them ourselves after a miserable night. The location of the property was very convenient to fun restaurants/coffee shops and if the property manager can address the issue with the linens and respond in a more timely fashion this is a property we might consider staying at again in the future.

Nice location and good amenities!
We only had 3 couples but there was plenty of space for 2 more comfortably. The back deck was very nice. It provided us a decent amount of privacy to sit and relax by the fire, in the hot tub, or around the bar and grill. We grilled out the first evening and ate on the deck. Thanks for the great space.

Fabulous!
We had a great visit in Louisville, and this house only made it better! Great location! The deck with hot tub, fire pit (both worked perfectly) and great privacy were just the thing for us. The 11 of us ( 5 kids from 6-13 and 3 couples) were all comfy in nice beds. The house is in a quiet, good neighborhood with short walks and short drives to everything we wanted to do. The only downside--we visited in winter, and could not take advantage of the outdoor table for seating at mealtime (kitchen table seats 6-8) but we easily made do around the coffee table. Owner was responsive, house was clean. We'll come back!!!

Great weekend getaway
Nice place for a weekend getaway. Perfect space for 10. Living room area could use a little more furniture to accommodate all. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Cozy and private deck area.
