The staff was fantastic! The bed was a little old but over all everything about my experience was good. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The rooms were clean and nice. Only the toilet wasnt flushing properly. The lady at check in looked loke she was just at home in her livingroom. Tank top stomach out. Then i refused to give her my email because i didnt want to receive any solicitations and i believe that made her upset (dont know why) but after that she literally just handed me the keys and said "here are your keys you will get a reciept through Expedia". Really. Now my reservations were not even made through Expedia but I just left it as she said. Got up to the 3rd floor looking for the room which I saw said 300. We walked and walked even to the end of the hall then went through another pathway to yet ANOTHER HALL and at the VERY END found 300. Mind you my reservations said Accessible room which are usually close to the elevators and the parking lotwhen we got in (late at night) were just about empty so we knew they wasn't full. I requested this because my 70 year old mother cannot walk far distances. She literally was about to collapse by the we got to the room!! By that time it would'nt have made ANY sense to walk ALL the way back to request a new room so we just stayed. The room itself was great only the toilet wasnt flushing propperly other than that no complaints there. But front desk service was horrible. 1st impressions are lasting impressions and that clerk completely turned me off. Will not return.

I apologize for the inconvenience of having the room so far away from the elevator. Your reservation was for a one bedroom suite and the majority of this specific room type is located furthest from the elevator. If you had been able to make the reservation for the only handicap accessible one bedroom we would have put you in there but it had already been reserved by another guest and was not available when you checked in. We will talk to the associate who checked you in about the issues you mentioned. We will also look into the issue with the toilet. Thank you for your feedback.

The wifi was not working properly, but the front desk attendant did not offer any assistance, but instead blamed it on my phone, which was a total cop out.

We apologize for the difficulty in connecting to the Wifi. We've had no reported issues with our Wifi and have multiple routers throughout the hotel to ensure a strong signal. Many of the newer mobile devices and web browsers give a security warning that must be manually bypassed when trying to connect to an unfamiliar network. Our front desk staff is not trained in tech support for mobile devices, however, all rooms have a placard on the work desk with a 1-800 support number to reach an agent will be happy to help you trouble shoot your device and get connected to the hotel wifi. Beyond this issue we hope you had a pleasant stay and hope to see you again in the future.

It was a roomy room (handicapped accessible, though not requested) with kitchenette. The breakfast area was cozy. The food was average but I was able to stick to my Whole 30 plan with scrambled eggs and bacon.

All of our rooms are spacious featuring a Queen bed and a partial kitchen with full-sized refrigerator. We do offer a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning, I'm glad you were able to eat with your specific diet plan.

Would certainly stay again. Good value.

Pros: convenient, stove and microwave
Cons: bathroom shower a bit dated and need some minor repair/touchups
Good value for the price. Close to other things. Stayed the weekend but it appears that there are some nice manager's specials (free food) during the week.

Good hotel, many staff were excellent.

Pros: The team members. The offer of food in the PM on Mon-Wed was a helpful addition.
Cons: Temp control n the rooms. Breakfast was adequate but bland.
Breakfast was adequate. Room very comfortable except the temp control was variable. Several team members showed excellent customer service skills of friendly smiles on meeting in the halls, helpful attitudes.
