This property has a great location in the marina, walking distance to everything downtown. However, this resort is NOT all-inclusive as it advertises to be. You have to pay for some food items on the menu, not all drinks are included so beware of what you order. The mini fridge in room is not stocked for free. You are only allowed 2 waters, 2 beers, 2 soda per day in room, even though they stock with more than that. Large water bottles are not included and you have to pay for them. The food was sub-par. They had waffles and french toast everyday, but not syrup everyday. Very weird. The food is warm at best; by the time you sit down it is cold already so made spreading the rock hard butter tabs difficult. The omelette bar was the only palatable thing. Juice bar was good. Same food every day, very disappointing. Rooms were decent, albeit very small bathroom. Nice balconies to watch the boats come and go. Air conditioning worked, but didn't work on "auto" so difficult to adjust during the night when you are sleeping. Staff was pleasant. We didn't utilize housekeeping, but they were very pleasant. No body wash provided. Limited outlets to plug in your phones, etc. Property is split in two and is not gated, but they did have "security" at the elevator on the detached side. The security never asked for proof that you were staying at the resort though so anyone could walk in and around the resort. No key needed in elevators, which was a little unnerving. Never felt unsafe though.
