"Quite a surprise once inside."
The entrance from the highway is almost impossible to get to and there is a lack of parking....but the room facing the courtyard pool with a hamock was super. A wee bit of trouble with the safe but other than that and not being close to the beach...the price was great. A very nice breakfast was offered due to the hotel being filled was a treat. The staff were very helpful after so much difficulty finding affordable accomodation.

"Luxury hotel with 4 sister hotel chains"
I loved the most of staff more than the hotel. Don't get me wrong it's a luxe hotel but the location wasn't ideal for me. It's more for retired or an older crowd who want to stay in every day all day. It's far from the downtown area where all the shops and restraunts and people are. I hated the fact that you can't swim in the ocean bc of the dangerous waves. I later was relieved to find that the other 2 sister hotels do allow guest access to the ocean and have more ambiance so need less to stay I only stayed to sleep at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. I do however loooove the mornings in PBpacifica bc the breakfast bar has my favorite cook, Yesenia ! That lady is always happy and joking and makes your omlett delish. She was the first person to brighten my day ! Then there's the waiter in the morning Victor, he is sweet and cordinal and takes care of his guests needs and wants on the spot. And for dinner there is Gregorio in the siempre restraunt who is Awsome and very cordinal and goes out of his way to make your evening special. That kid is Awsome. And I liked the waiter at Pescados restaurant (sushi) he gives great dish recommends and was pretty funny :) sadly I don't remember his name. And there was a Pablo (bartender) @ PBBlanco and he have us the 411 for nightlife activies. Pablo works really hard and efficient, he ran circles around the other guys. I came back to the bar the next day looking for him but he wasn't there. There are people whom like what they do and it def shows.

"Convenient, inexpensive lodging"
I chose this hotel because it was located on the main road near the center of San Jose del Cabo and was very reasonably priced. It turned out to be a very convenient location and a pleasant hotel for a brief stay. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy and not on the beach - but I was just here for two days and not looking to spend time in my room. Would stay here again for a brief visit

"Awesome location. Close to town and great rooftop "
After the initial push for joining a timeshare meeting (and apparent downgrade of our room after declining) we loved this hotel. Clean room, courteous staff, and an amazing rooftop pool with two happy hours!

" What a great vacation!"
Every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations except one, the restaurant Portofino was so bad that we almost got up and left and probably would have if it wouldn't of been so late and the other restaurants were closed

"Trapped"
The Westin Hotel in Cabo is a beautiful property.  Professional staff, excellent service and great food.  It's almost all inclusive if booked with the breakfast and club level feature.  You can expect to shell out some serious cash for anything you don't prepay.  It's also a hotel far enough away from everything that you NEED a rental car.  Taxi to Cabo is 28 dollars and to San Jose Cabo, (Much nicer town) is 18 dollars.  This adds up quick if you want to enjoy the area.  There are trade off's with seclusion.  Lastly, this is a great hotel for the kiddies.  There is a kids club and tons of activities.

"trouble at front desk when we arrived. Front desk took care of it."
The hotel over all was GREAT!!! Sinder your activity person went out of his way to make everyone happy. Antoino at the main pool bar is your best employee you have. He goes way above and beyond. Your shows, nite life, and beach party was alot of fun.

"Vacation club members gets priority use of property"
Over all the property is exquisite but the facility caters to the members of the vacation club. At check in we were given the worst room on the property, located adjacent to the taxi drop off, and denied the availability to upgrade our room. So we were kept up all night with partiers loading and unloading just below our window. And forget about reserving an ocean front room, they are only available to club members that book a year in advance. Look for an actual Hotel and stay away from this timeshare club if you’re interested in an ocean view from your room.

"Good hotel in the center of CSL, nearby shops."
I actually liked it. You didnt have to feel like you were on an island or isolated from the surrounding attractions. You can eat at the hotel or not. I liked the fact that you could go to the restaurants and eat there. The rooms are average, nothing to write home about but it's comfortable. Food - I think it is unique to have restaurants that must also cater to the public as well. I didn't feel like you needed to tip to get good service. The waiters were nice, the food was ok to good. Again nothing to write home about but everything was all inclusive. Pool - small but enough. closes down at 630 so at night it was really quite, this is GREAT for folks at the hotel. Internet - Free in the lobby, must pay if inside the room. Timeshare - I actually didnt get much of a hard sell from the property. Beaches - short walk to the beach, very doable. Security - Yes very secure and felt safe. Downtown - Easily accessible, walkable, facny luxury mall right next door.
