Do not expect to be accommodated.

We purchased a Ocean View room and requested a king size bed for our 7 day stay. We were put in a room on the opposite side of the water, facing a hotel under construction with 2 double beds. I immediatlely went to the front desk to correct the wrong, only then was I told that the room I had paid for was not available. I was told I would be put on a list of people who in the same situation. After 3 days of trying and explaining I paid for something I am not receiving I was told no room would ever be available during my stay and no refund would be issued, and no equal compensation would be offered.
- The pools were beautiful and clean, with a very nice swim up bar. The outdoor lunch area was clean and staff very attentive. The food, was just shy of McDonalds. Deep fried nuggets, french fries, onion rings, nachos and cheese, fried hamburger and hotdogs. One day there was chicken, pepper, and onion served with stale torritlas. The limited fruit and toppings, were left out on a serving station uncovered seeminly to ensure the flies were well fed. Swim up bar service was very nice, but very slow and on several occasions simply forgot to make your drinks.
- The breakfast buffet was great. The lunch buffet was sub par. The dinner buffet was sub par. At best you are going to eat med/high quality cafeteria food for your entire stay. There is only 1 restuarant open per night, with friendly yet slow staff. No where to eat after 11pm.
We left 2 days early for home

We are so ashamed to read that your stay was not like you expected, especially for all those inconveniences that you reported during your stay; we are working to have a better training with our front desk staff and be assured we are going to improve the food stations.
