Great Staff at the Best Western Pasadena Royale
My stay at the Best Western was fabulous. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, a lot of fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and breakfast foods. On the first night, the heater was not omitting heat, so the next morning I let the front desk know. They said they would fix it in 1/2 an hour. I ate my breakfast and when I went back to my room, they had replaced the whole unit and my room was toasty warm! Thank you to Aldo, the maintenance technician for taking care of it. Kudos all around to all the staff!

Experience from beginning to end was great. Breakfast was always fantastic. Arlene was absolutely wonderful. The AC unit in our room at times gave off a putrid smell, but front desk was immediately willing to move us or fix the smell issue. The smell eventually went away so no extra service was necessary. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
