The hotel has a beautiful hall, one would think that the rest is about the same category. The rooms are old, and definetly not 4 stars. I was unfortunately facing the street and you can hear all the noises because of the old windows, and also the room are badly lighted. I think overall it is a poor hotel and would hope the authorities will degrade it to 3 stars.
