I booked through Travelocity and the clerk told me I can’t check in until after 12pm because the computers were undergoing maintenance and he can’t even get me another booking or make a room key until we could situate the problem with computers. Verified my booking was paid for in an email and told me I’d have to get a refund from Travelocity. This was at 1am at a hotel listed as being able to check in after midnight, 11 hours of computer maintenance??? With a checkout time at 11am? How do you even process anything? No master key in case of emergency that could’ve been used to let me sleep until I was able to get a room key?
