DO NOT COME HERE. It was absolutely disgusting. We ordered a non-smoking room. Our room was FILLED with smoke smell. Walls and rugs were stained and pulled up throughout the entire building. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Genuinely worried for our safety during our stay. We couldn’t even sleep due to feeling unsafe.

I wish I was not in a rush when I booked this unsanitary, unsafe, downright deplorable place. Dirty sheets, broken door, dirty broken bathroom, even the curtains were torn and dirty. Prisoners experience better conditions than what this place had to offer. I literally went to the room and was out in ten minutes when I saw the condition. To make matters worse the guy at the front desk would not check me out. Told me to contact Travelocity and when Travelocity contacted them about my refund they refused also. I flee that place at 2am in the morning to find a different place to stay, that’s how desperate I was. The place looks like a criminal’s haven…Worst experience in my life.

Agree with most other reviews. Folks at the desk are super nice and very accommodating, and it is indeed close to JFK, but that's basically where the good part ends. The carpet throughout the hotel are ripped and/or stained, including the rooms. Walls and chairs are also stained with who knows what. The bathroom floor was sticky (ew). Plastic cups provided in the rooms but seems package were open. It seemed the linen and towels were clean, so another plus, I guess, though usually take that as a given. The area is a bit sketch with prostitutes seemingly milling about. At this price, except something closer to standard.

I normally stay away from reviewing hotels but this place was simply terrible. I had a 10 hour wait between flights and the only reason I stayed was because of the price and because it was late at night (11pm) the other reason is because on Travelocity they had 3.0 score which you shouldn't categories this score like I did as a 3 star hotel... The number of issues: the front desk smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. There were prostitutes and I had an hour wait for the airport shuttle. The bedroom is worse bedroom one could imagine. The bedroom smelled of marijuana, the wall paper was patched and smelled like ass and weed, along with rips and what looked to be bloodstains, the bathroom had pubes on the floor, dirty food stains or something that looked like that thought the restroom and bedroom. I was too afraid to sleep on the bed so I grabbed my towel from my own bad and placed that on top of the bed so I can sleep (sleeping on this bed I felt like I was in a third world country inhaling toxic crap... If it wasn't for me getting their close to 12am and me wanting to get to the airport by 6am I would of left immediately. Part of me wishes I slept at the airport which probably would of been a better option) anyways, avoid this hotel. Anyone who is saying otherwise must either work for this hotel, on drugs or the owner of this establishment. The health inspector really needs to stop over there and close it (there's no way this should remain open)

Old and run down…..fire hazard only one way in….no fire alarms or sprinkler system. Cockroaches. Electrical weak. Hair drier was broken…this place was a dump.
