The hotel is in need of renovations. It was like I went back in time to 1997 when I got in the room. I noticed that the were stains in the room and in other areas of the hotel. I am highly disappointed because I purposely chose this hotel brand over others in the area because I thought it would be worth the money. The “closet” area was damaged and the bathroom didn’t have any conditioner in the dispenser. I understand that some guests require lodging that accommodates their service pet dogs but it was problematic for me. I was told by staff that the hotel doesn’t have designated rooms for guests with dogs and a dog has been in every hotel room. It should be a practice of the hotel brand to have a designated number of rooms only for guests with pets and to have more rooms that pets where pets are not allowed as some of your guests may have allergies to pet dander. I personally couldn’t sleep throughout the night due to having an allergic reaction to pet dander. Please resolve these issues in the near future.

Thank you for your feedback. We were renovated in 2015, public spaces and restaurant. We were due for a full renovation in 2020, but a pandemic occurred and the hotel industry was crippled, staffing reduced by 85% and supply chain issues continue. I am have no idea where you received we accept "pets" we are not pet friendly, we only allow ADA compliant service animals, which is the LAW, and we deep clean the designated room(s) upon departure. The information in your feedback was very misconstrued and lacked any actual facts.
