Street traffic was a bit loud still - ambulance Air and were loud and occurred 4x well heard from the rooms Had to walk to the convention center - very easy walk. All areas were clean except trash areas there (they were having a race next door)

It looks good from the outside BUT find somewhere else to relax if you like working remotes and clean freshly mas beds.
