Excellent hotel. Great for business or leisure travel through the UK. Airport shuttle was on time, clean, inexpensive and very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. Michael Fernandes at the front desk was exceptionally courteous with by business center needs and early morning departure.

We were returning from a 5.5 week trip in Europe. We needed a hotel close to the airport. This worked well. The room was good size and the bed very comfortable. We also enjoyed the Indian restaurant which was on site.

bad service

The room windows where open probably all night and the room was freezing. It took me two hours to warmed up and get in the bed. Checking out was very slow and unfriendly. Bell bottom not helping at all. Wanted to change 20 euros to pay a cab and it took a century...they had to do photocopies from my passport for 20 euros? All that experience remains me hiw was checking in an hotel in the former Soviet Union... I guess this hotel keep in business just for the location in LHR. Really bad service!

Nice Accommodations, Close to the Heathrow.

Pros: It was nice accommodations before our last night of holiday before heading back home. Very convenient to the airport.
This hotel had many amenities and comfortable beds to sleep in. The restaurants offered a lot of good food, and we really enjoyed the free breakfast and extra money the hotel threw our way to apply to food in any of their three restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and rooms 10 minutes from Heathrow

We had a very late check in but were greeted well and ushered up to our rooms quickly. We had a flight back to the US the next day and the concierge offered to make arrangements before we went to bed. There is a free shuttle to the airport but it would have required us to rise earlier than we wished and so we took his advice and booked a taxi instead. The only problem we encountered was the temp of the room. It was so hot that we were miserable and this is after spending 2 weeks in very warm Greece and Italy. It was after midnight and we didn't feel like messing with a maintenance person so we sucked it up and slept miserably (although the bed was lovely). Just couldn't get the temp below 20 degrees Celsius. Ugh.

Great hotel close to Heathrow Airport

Pros: The most comfortable bed of any of my hotel stays. The breakfast included with our room was the best buffet breakfast we have had.
The hotel was very clean, check in staff very nice and accommodating, eager to please.

Check in was efficient but we were not told we could not access the mini fridge without prepaying a 50 dollar deposit. Which is no big deal but it was late at night and we neither my husband and I wanted to get dressed to go to the lobby and handle this. So we ordered drinks from room service. The breakfast buffet had a large selection. The food was ok. The staff was pleasant.

The staff was wonderful they helped a lot very friendly

Pros: Quiet
Cons: no free breakfast
I really did love this hotel it was a little pricey though. They charged an awful lot to use the telephone but I guess the whole of England did. This place was wonderful and also beautiful very close to the Heathrow Airport.

What a great hotel!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I was not expecting much considering its proximity to the airport, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Yazmin, who checked us in, was super-helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing, and was so quite we could have been in the middle of Montana. The restaurants and facilities were also first-rate.
