The rooms are very small but well set-up and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very basic (most hotels will at least give you hard-boiled eggs for protein) and the coffee was instant, but again the room was very clean and staff was very helpful. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in this hotel, which is a major plus for me. I would stay there again.

Not very friendly

Front desk was not helpful, not friendly, and disinterested in being helpful. Our flight and ride had us arriving early and they had no place for us to wait, or they just did not want us there. They did not offer to help with finding activities.my friend stayed around the corner at comfort inn and suites and they were super helpful, gave directions, paid for activities, arranged transportation and gave us a business card to call for future help. I would book there next time.

Nice, clean hotel in good location

Pros: location, clean, good staff
Cons: put a lift in the new addition.
Location: King's Cross and St Pancras Underground, National rail and Eurostar. I've used these stations to travel within London, to Cambridge and Paris.
I've stayed here my last 2 trips. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, the location is great, 1 block from King's Cross and St Pancras Stations. Rooms are small but clean and very nice bathrooms. Breakfast is thankfully not a "full English Breakfast"! it's nice continental buffet with a great coffee machine. breakfast staff is helpful and friendly. Not much lobby area but I don't spend time at the hotel when I'm in London...if I need to relax there are plenty of nice pubs nearby.

Poor customer service for comfort inn

Rooms very small and conjusted. Hard to carry big bags to the rooms. We asked for triple bed and was given double and the water did not drain from shower. Not happy with service
