The pool is nicely cleaned daily. The bikes were in working condition. The room was clean although our fan in the bathroom didn't work. The view was spectacular from our balcony. The food was good in the restaurant. Staff was easy going. The construction was noisy and unexpected.

Checking in the staff was rude and short we were kept waiting to check in for 2 1/2 hours. Food at the resort was limited and they ran out of items on the menu. Stains on couch in room phone and plugs in roo didn’t work and bathroom door wouldn’t fully close. The pool was beautiful and the bar was nice …
