We didn't like our stay at all!! I deserve a refund! the bath tub and shower curtain was dirty and stained. There was hair in the sink. The carpet was dirty and stained. There were roaches on the ceiling when we woke up the next morning.

The room was clean and neat. Air conditioning was great. But At breakfast there was no coffee. Had to ask for coffee. Was grounds all in cup that I did get. I’m a diabetic. Was nothing I could eat. Needed hot eggs. And other protein source. Cold boiled eggs? Not breakfast food.

Montana at the front desk was very friendly, hard-working and helpful. The indoor pool was great and the fact they take pets- stellar! The room was fairly clean, older and somewhat run-down but for the price we weren’t expecting the Ritz. Breakfast was adequate. The attendant Montana was super nice though.

First of all not enough outlets. You couldn't keep the fridge plugged in if you had to use the microwave it coffee pot. It was a crappy version of a coffee pot as well. The lamps had wires hanging off them with no cover on 'em. I don't the the comforters had been washed for a while. Floor has cigarette burns all on 'em and looked like they haven't been cleaned in forever. Door to the bathroom wouldn't even close bc it had been kicked open from the looks of it. So the wood was all shattered around the bolt plate

the only thing that is offered is a indoor pool. there is no jacuzzi or spa in the pool room like normal and they don’t offer a fitness room. they told me it’s just the pool & a computer room with broken computers that don’t work. def wouldn’t recommend this place

Woke up and told to leave at midnight!

First a couple walked in to our room at 8:30. Called the front office and said they were sorry. Then at midnight, was woke up to someone trying to get in our room. Lady said she was housekeeping and that we needed to vacate the premises because no one was supposed to be in that room and they were calling the police! Called the front office again and once again they were sorry! That’s all! Didn’t give a discount or anything just “Sorry!” What in the world?! Who cleans at midnight, first of all! Then we pay full price for someone to tell us they are calling the police if we don’t vacate at midnight?! Never will stay there again and others shouldn’t either!
