Shower curtain was to high and didn’t keep water in the shower(room 110), didn’t feel like a name brand hotel, room keycards like to stop working randomly.

I have stayed at several IGH properties over the yaers, this was the worst of all of them. . The door would not lock unless you pulled hard from the outside or inside. This was not discovered until we came back after the cleaners had left while we were out. . The refrigerator had a note on it that it did not work. It appeared that this was left by another guest. But not reviewed by the cleaners or maintenance. NOTE we reported both and maintenance was called and pointed out about having to pull hard on the door but did not fix it. We told maintenance that at this time it was not necessary to replace the refrigerator as we were leaving the next morning. . There was a loud bubbling noise occasionally in the room. It sounded like a drain from another room. . The dark bind nearly came off when it was lowered. . The carpet looked old or extremely dirty. I would have expected better conditions from Holiday Express and IGH. I can't say i will choose this site again.

The location was great if you wanted to be close to the casino and the beach. But if you are looking for a clean and restful sleep, you won’t find it here. The room we stayed in wasn’t cleaned properly. The bed had hair on it and stuck inside pillows. I understand with Covid, there’s most likely staffing issues but after contacting the front desk in regards to the hair, it took many hours for the bed sheets pillows to be replaced.
