I mistakenly left a pair of pants behind in my room. When I realized that a couple hours later I called the hotel and they said they would check the room. The room had already been cleaned and wouldn’t you know no one said they found my pants but I’m sure they found the $100 that was in the pocket. Sure they may not be responsible for lost or stolen items but it sure says a lot about the integrity of the people working there!!

The toilet in the room was clogged and dirty and there was wet toilet paper in the floor. We tried to get another room but they said they were full. They did let us use a plunger so my husband was able to get the crap down but the plunger was necessary for each time it needed flushing. There were no other rooms in the area available. They would not give us a credit.

Spacious and Comfortable

Had some issues, staff was quick to resolve them

We had not stayed in this hotel before so I was a little unsure of what the state would be like. The rooms were very nice and included a kitchenette as well as a queen-size bed. On the morning after our first night I noticed a major string of ants near the window in the room. As soon as I left the hotel staff know that there was an issue they switch rooms with us immediately and made us feel very comfortable. I had a really great experience in this hotel despite the issue with the ants. We would certainly recommend it and plan on staying there again.

Excellent Value

Pros: Everything!
Location: Extremely close to airport, shopping, dining, UK, horse park among others.
Front desk staff... very, very friendly! Helped with key issues and check out with a smile Great breakfast! Had an EXCELLENT pulled pork sandwich for dinner. Kudos and compliments to the chef! Room was sparkling clean. Loved the ceiling fan! Nice touch. I very highly recommend and will stay again when I return to the area.
