This boutique hotel was everything I needed for my daughter's and I get away. It was in a central location extremely close to food and beaches. The rooms were a nice size and the staff were AMAZING. Waleska greeted us with such genuine hospitality and as well as the entire staff. I will definitely be back. Slight drawback is no swimming pool but you really don't miss it because you're so close to the beaches.

The advertised concierge was not available. Restaurant and bar was closed. Very strict policy on any guest, requiring them to produce an ID upon entry and no more than 1 guest. The worst part is I took cold showers for two days. Unacceptable. Aside from that location was great. Across the street has really great local food options. I found a small local beach that I went swimming in every morning.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. We do not advertise any concierge services. We are not sure where you gathered that information. The restaurant and bar are closed due to the pandemic and it is stated as such on the Expedia website. Puerto Rico government requires that all guests provide ID upon check in. We only allow to person per room and both must be properly identified. The hot water issue was resolved. We take this opportunity to remind all future guests that fraternization with hotel employees is not allowed and will not be tolerated. We are glad that you enjoyed the area and your visit to Puerto Rico.

If you’re on a budget like I was, go for it! But there were some minor inconveniences. The water in the shower had low pressure. The hot water didn't stay hot for too long. The bathroom floor started leaking by the end of my stay. I have absolutely no idea where the water was coming from but all corners of the bathroom floor had water. It wasn’t a river or anything, but still. I wish the closet wasn’t in the bathroom. The room/bathroom needs better lighting. The beds are ok. Kind of springy. I had wifi available. Tv available with cable. Because of COVID breakfast is no longer being served. There is a mini gym on the 7th floor. There was a treadmill and two other equipments. Some weights and 2 exercise balls. I lovedddd the rooftop area, very relaxing and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service comes every morning and fix beds, replace towels, change garbage etc.
