Plain and simple. When staying at The Marriott, you should expect the hotel to live up to standards. I was charged $15.99 for Parking while staying there and never told so. Found a charge on my Credit Card. Booked a room for 2 and there was 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. They had to get towels from the pool because they were out! There was only 1 bag of single serve decaf coffee as well. This is a Cheap way of running and maintain a hotel. Better choices in the area for the money....

Our parking fees have been in place for two years due to no available parking in nearby private lots and it preserves the room rates. We will share your comments with our housekeeping team to ensure our in room terry placement is being followed, with 2 bath towels in the shower area, one bath, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths in the vanity area. We hope that you will give us another opportunity in the near future as we want to ensure you have a hassle free and enjoyable stay.

newer hotel, in a convenient location.

Pros: Newer; upscale feel. Stylish bar and restaurant. Larger fitness room than most.
Location: Good location...easy walk across the street from Bridgewater Commons; nice restaurants; shops; etc...
Newer hotel. Very clean and up to date. Service was good. Plenty of parking. Restaurant; bar; and a mini Starbuck in the lobby was a plus. Made start and end to the days that much easier. Would recommend this hotel.
