"2nd Chance!!"
We stayed their in June for a wedding and we were pleased even though we had some issues. But recently we stayed again and we won't go back. First of all, you get what you pay for is a real good rule of thumb. We asked for a upgrade instantly at check-in since as rookies we didn't, so they did and the room was nice. Layout pleasant, decent decor, nice amenities but NOT clean. Surprisingly, enough I mentioned it to staff and no one cared or apologized. I even had one employee agree that the rooms are not clean all the time......GROSS! The only suggestion was to call room service and request a maid service follow-up. Once again, why would I want someone to come into my private space and hope that employee doesn't do something to my personnel items because I complained. No thanks! Excalibur needs to step it up! Oh, and one more thing. My friends stayed on the 25th floor in a spa suite, it was smaller than the room we stayed in on the 7th floor, so I wouldn't pay the price.

"The hotel was beautiful"
The only thing I was not happy with was the towels were very thin, this was the last hotel on an 11 day vacation. All the hotels that I stayed were either 3 or 4 stars. The most I paid was at the the South Point, and all the other hotels had thick high thread count towels.

"6th year anniversary"
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our 6th anniversary. It was his first time in Vegas and he's 30 years old! He loved it so much he wanted to stay another day or two but our work schedules didn't allow us to. Food in the hotel was amazing, recommend phil's steakhouse for dinner. Pool was awesome, plenty of chairs and service was on point. Drinks we're amazing since we drank for 3 days straight. Only problem was that the casino floor was undergoing a new systems change which took forever cashing out at every slot machine. But great 3 days!!!

"Best value for the price"
Booked this hotel in June, got the breakfast included deal. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of food and the staff was very friendly. The suite was beautiful and comfortable, I paid for a good view upon checking in. My girlfriend loved the vanity station in our bathroom. The pools were great, of course it was crowded and difficult to find chairs, but once we did everything was great. The drinks were expensive but strong, and the food court was convenient for quick lunches. I talked with the concierge and got tickets for the Michael Jackson One show at a great deal and reservations to a nice steak restaurant. The Concierge was helpful, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely stay here again.

"A magical experience"
Everything was pretty. The room was cozy. There was no minibar, but that was great for my wallet. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Wifi was swift and easy to connect to. Project Pie in the MGM's Underground was quiet and delicious if you seek some time outside the boisterous casino environment. Overall, 'twas rad.
