Waited 5 hours to get our room.

We had reserved a room a couple of months ahead, The first night we got there about 10 pm our room wasn't ready for us and told us to come back in one hour so we went out to eat and came back three hours later and room still wasn't ready,finally our room was ready 2 hours later.They had only one person working at the front desk And had to keep going to the back to talk to the manager. nice hotel but had to wait 5 hours to get our room and it looked like weren't the only ones that didn't have their rooms ready, saw a few people waiting and going back and forth to the front desk asking if their rooms were ready.
