Registration and Ace Play staff looked completely disinterested. Casino area was dark and gloomy. Room was barely adequate. Have no idea how a handicapped person would get into bathtub. Lights stopped functioning in bathroom and sink several times. Housekeeping very late half the time.
On the other hand, Tower elevator operator was very nice and the meal at the top was great. Food in general was quite fine. Individual who set up wake up call on two occasions was very friendly.
Hotel location too far out of the way. In fact, the shuttle service charged the downtown rate rather than the Strip rate.
Hotel put out no information concerning the marathon on Sept. 15 and the difficulties which would be experienced in getting around.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that your stay was not to your liking. On behalf of housekeeping, we are very sorry for the delays and assure you that is not a normal occurrence. I am also sorry that you we were not proactive in letting you know of the events scheduled in Las Vegas during your stay. However, I am pleased to know our food was to your liking; you can never go wrong eating at the top of the tower at Top of the World. I hope you choose to stay with us again in the future.
