Keys didn’t work for the room so I took them back (no big deal). The second set of keys didn’t work. No biggie, these things happen. Security got me into the room and another key, all good. I went out to grab some C-store items, arrive back at my room to find that the key, once again, wouldn’t open the door. Also, none of the lights on the outside of the property were working - it looked abandoned - kinda weird, too.

Property seemed secure. Fence around the whole property was great. I think there’s only one way in and out, through the front entrance where the lobby/reception resides. I did not have a rental car. Walking to the Thomas Mack arena for a conference and to the Las Vegas strip was a breeze.

Property is very close to Airport and it appeared that some of the rooms were recently remodeled but it was very superficial and the lobby, halls, and rooms still smelled of stale smoke and weed even though there were signs everywhere prohibiting smoking of any kind. Also, in the morning we found and killed a bed bug and my wife and I both had a bed bug bite on our arms. We took pictures of the dead bed bug and our bites and informed the staff.

I loved the room, the bed was sooooo comfy!!! Restroom was really nice as well. I was disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working as I enjoy that for mornings and usually seek a facility that has one.

I was really surprised the room was really actually very nice the balcony was nice the hallways or queen the only thing that said was the pool was open and you couldn’t smoke. If I was able to smoke in my room in the pool would’ve been open that would’ve been awesome

My stay here was amazing.I loved the quite peaceful atmosphere and how nicely made our room was. I found the environment very welcoming and our stay was very comfortable. I definitely could see myself coming back.

Staff very disappointed, NO help at all, looks like you are bordering them if you stay there, shame. Smoke free and the room was loaded with pot smell. Dirty shower and carpet bad smelling and stained everywhere

I loved the convenience to our venue (business conference). And even though it was under renovation - it didn't affect our stay. Staff is excellant.

I liked the maids in the cleaning stuff they were very nice and sweet but I did not appreciate the male staff member that helped me two days on our stay which many other customers complained about was very rude disrespectful and hateful
