Not the best experience, but staff was friendly

Overall, the stay was decent. We weren't really looking for anything fancy. However, upon check-in, the front desk was having technical difficulties with their computer systems so we couldn't check in for almost an hour. Also, once we actually DID check in, our room wasn't clean; the maids didn't clean up the room from the last person's visit. There were towels thrown on the ground, beds weren't made, balcony door was open, etc... We complained and it took them quite a while to get us into another room since everything had to be done on paper (since the computers were still down, I was assuming), so getting into another room took an extra 40 minutes or so. Once we were in our FINAL room, things were pretty nice. I will say though that, given the situation the hotel was in, the staff was very friendly about everything and they were working very hard to keep us from waiting too long; so, I respect that.
