From the staff to the room, this stay put a big :( on our trip to Vegas! Pictures were deceiving, it's not as elegant as it looks on the website. About the only good thing I can voice about this place is the staff at the main front desk was friendly...most of the time...however, the discombobulation of the staff wiped the friendliness achievement right out the door. They had 3 desks to deal with and none of them were on the same page. Not only that, but when they made a mistake, they blamed the other desk ALWAYS! Never took ownership of the problem. Then, when you did complain to them, it took 20 minutes at least for them to figure anything out so we ended up leaving. They ask for 90 minutes of your time right when you get there to listen to a speel to receive tickets for a show. With all the issues we had with the staff, they took at least 3 hours out of our trip. Now to the room.....the shower head...ow! It hurt. No bath. Bed is just a pull out sofa mattress. 2 sheets and 1 lightweight blanket for cover. Cleaning crew came and didn't even take the dirty towel. Just put new towels in and a new moisturizer. Let dirty dishes and didn't replace them. I highly recommend that if you are wanting to stay here because there are no casinos, I would stay at the Mirage. It's only a short block off the strip, quiet and not as smoky. Polo Towers needs a few years to get their ducks in a row.
